Mr. Matt is always looking for ways to challenge the students so they are excited to come to school and learn. We are never bored at school because the school or Montessori lets us go as far as we can.

From Our Parents

My children were struggling in a typical academic environment, and we were struggling because we knew they weren't getting what they needed. Finding MSOE was a literal miracle for our family. Our sons have transformed; they go to school happy and come home happy. They are learning skills beyond the academic: effective communication, self-regulation, personal responsibility, being part of a larger community. At a recent conference, Mr. Matt said that, at MSOE, one of our sons was "his best self." There is nothing better for a parent to hear. We believe strongly in the MSOE program and in the staff who dedicate themselves to our kids.

It’s ‘digital heroin’: How screens turn kids into psychotic junkies

I find it difficult to be brief, since there is so much this school, Mr. Matt and Ms. Metaxia have done for our family. Our son LOVES going to school. His personal development is just as exciting as his academic growth! The Montessori method was not an easy decision for two parents who are traditionalist at heart, but it has been the greatest decision we've ever made for our son. The community at MSOE is first class! Thank you all for sharing your passion of educating our little legacy's!!

I have chosen a Montessori education for my children because of the self directed learning, as well as the practical life skills that will take them into adulthood. In addition, I have know the owner and Elementary teacher for over 7 years. I have worked with him on several projects. His commitment, passion and dedication to children and their families is wonderful. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Montessori Seeds of Education.(M.S.O.E.) He has been involved in and implemented other Montessori programs throughout his career. Mr. Matt was my niece’s teacher. She said, “No other teacher has ever motivated me to learn or work to her potential the way Mr. Matt did.” My older son says, “Mr. Matt challenges me everyday.” My younger son looks forward to having Mr. Matt.

Our 11 year old and 6 year old children wake up excited to go to school. They are learning to be confident, well spoken, and self-motivated individuals, as they explore and master lessons in math, science, history, language, art and music. Their teachers, Mr. Matt and Ms. Brin, have been teaching our children for multiple years. At Montessori Seeds of Education, they have created an engaging and peaceful environment in which our children have the flexibility to develop their innate abilities without limitations.

We went for a tour of the facility the other day and my son was so excited about the new school he was already planning which projects he would work on during his first day of school. I couldn't be happier to see my son excited about going to school!
