Dear Families,

    Here is the Aftercare SIGN-UP FORM for Half Days mentioned earlier in a Summer Communication that we shared would be  sent out by the end of August. Please sign up even if your student is enrolled as an all day student.

    Please make sure to have put the important MSOE “Monthly Dates” on your PERSONAL CALENDAR

    These are the days we will be offering Aftercare on Half Days (unless otherwise stated) – 

    October 24th – 27th All Parent Conferences - 1/2 days: 

    • Full Day students: Aftercare (a la carte - $14 an hour) will be offered until 4:00 pm only. 
    • All Day students: Half days continue to be included in the monthly tuition until 6:00 p.m. 

    November 22nd – 1/2 Day Teacher In-Service Day before Thanksgiving:

    • Full Day students: Aftercare (a la carte - $14 an hour) will be offered until 4:00 pm only. 
    • All Day students: Half days continues to be included in the monthly tuition until 4:00 pm only. 

    December 22nd – 1/2 Day Teacher In-Service Day/Winter Break begins:

    • Full Day students: Aftercare (a la carte - $14 an hour) will be offered until 4:00 pm only. 
    • All Day students: Half days continues to be included in the monthly tuition until 4:00 p.m only. 

    January 26th and 27th – 1/2 Days/Teacher Inservice:

    • Full Day students: Aftercare (a la carte - $14 an hour) will be offered until 4:00 pm only. 
    • All Day students: Half days continues to be included in the monthly tuition until 6:00 p.m. 

    April 23-26 All Parent Conferences – 1/2 Days:

    • Full Day students: Aftercare (a la carte - $14 an hour) will be offered until 4:00 pm only. 
    • All Day students: Half days continues to be included in the monthly tuition until 6:00 p.m. 

    May 24 Memorial Day Weekend – 1/2 Day: 
    Example of a day that school will be closed, if any of the 3 allotted snow days are unused 

    • Full Day students: Aftercare (a la carte - $14 an hour) will be offered until 4:00 pm only. 
    • All Day students: Half days continues to be included in the monthly tuition until 6:00 p.m. 

    SPECIAL NOTE: 
    There will be a 20-student limit if we are not able to separate age groups. 
    Adequate Staff and safety is always our top priority. 

    Many parents include school dates on their personal calendars. Please refer to the school calendar on our website on the parent portal.

    We ask that you please sign up at this time if you plan to use Aftercare for half days. 

    Communications will go out as soon as possible if we have more than 20 students and do not have the staff to separate age groups so you may plan accordingly.

    All-Day students have priority, but we will need confirmation that your All-Day child(ren) will be in Aftercare to account for the number of children in attendance.
