Montessori Seeds of Education (MSOE) in Moorestown, NJ is seeking a qualified individual who has completed their NAMTA/AMI Montessori Orientation to Adolescent Studies and is enthusiastic about contributing to the successful growth of our Adolescent Program at our quickly expanding school. The candidates for this position will be mindful, dependable, extroverted and professional, with a passion for working with children of this age group. Our dynamic work environment is comprised of an animated and supportive staff, and we encourage collaboration among colleagues, families and the Head of School. The MSOE staff maintains a strong commitment to our school mission: “to create a mindful, collaborative, and authentic Montessori experience for families.”

The ideal Adolescent Guide will have:
- A Bachelor's Degree
- Completion of the NAMTA/AMI Montessori Orientation to Adolescent Studies
- A minimum of three years of classroom experience
- A passion for working with the Adolescent age group
- Dedication to supporting the school’s mission
- Friendly and approachable disposition
- Agricultural experience
