Summer will be here before we know it! Our Summer Program continues to gain interest, grow and bring new and exciting adventures, activities, and opportunities for your children every year!
The 2025 Summer Camp Program offers enrollment for Toddler, Primary and Elementary (Grades 1-3, ages 6-9)
The 2025 Summer Program will run for 9 weeks beginning the week of June 23rd through August 22nd and will include at least the following.
Montessori lessons – Lead Guides will be able to present lessons whether enrolled at MSOE or not to reinforce learning from what was introduced during the 2024-2025 school year. Continuation of new lessons will be dependent on the students’ progress or desires as observed by the lead guide.
OUR STAFF
Your children will be under the guidance of trained and/or certified Lead Teachers, certified Life Guard and Specials Teachers who are professionals in their field during the Summer Camp Program. This does not include all assistants. Staff photos and short bios will be announced when they are on our website for the Summer Program.
Parents/Guardians that are not familiar with the adults that work at MSOE may inquire or look at the staff bios on our website.
Additional Information
MSOE will be quite flexible to suit your needs. Our goal is to bring fun and learning to your child(ren) at an affordable and fair price. There will be discounts for siblings and for signing up for five or more weeks. Discounts are stackable. Our costs are cheaper than what you would pay a babysitter or Nanny, plus your child gets socialization, and all the other experiences listed above.
Children that are enrolled or are enrolling in the next school year are welcome to submit the registration form below. You will automatically be accepted! Parents of children in the Primary program will be required to sign a toileting policy agreement. Children in the Primary Program must be fully potty trained. If your child is not already enrolled at Montessori Seeds of Education, we invite you to register below. In addition to filling out the registration form below by clicking on the 2025 Summer Camp Registration Button, please also fill out this form. If there is room, you will be contacted within 24 hours after submitting registration. For families that are not enrolled at MSOE, registering does not automatically mean your child has been accepted into the program.

- Swimming (ages 5 and up only) will continue as last year with some instruction with a trained, certified lifeguard and MSOE staff member in small groups for parents that are comfortable with this activity. Water play offered for those not old enough for the pool.
- Creative Art Program – With scheduled art activities during the week using different media.
- Yoga – Always enjoyed by all and supported by guides and assistants in the classroom as part of the class schedule throughout the summer, too!
- Dance - NEW to MSOE! Dance instructor that will teach several different genres of dance!
- Cooking - Fun-filled cooking class, learning about nutrition, safety, and more!
- My Little Ballers - An Amazing program that Introduces young players to all different skill building activities, sports and woking on building fine and gross motor skills.
- Themed activities, projects and events will be offed as part of the program’s daily schedule and changes each week.
- And, who knows, even some more surprises along the way!

*TUITION AGREEMENT*
Tuition payment is due in full by the fifth day of each month your child attends our summer program. For example, if your child(ren) attends weeks in June, your payment is due by June 5th. For the month of July, payment is due on July 5th and for August, August 5th. An invoice will be emailed to you.
The parties agree that any claim or dispute arising out of, or related to, this agreement or to any aspect of the relationship hereby entered into in furtherance of the education of the named student(s), including claims under federal, state, and local statutory or common law, the law of contract, and law of tort shall be settled by mediation.
If resolution of the dispute and reconciliation do not result from mediation, the matter shall then be submitted to an independent and objective arbitrator for binding arbitration.
Submission of registration means that the parties agree these methods shall be the sole remedy for any controversy or claim that may arise and expressly waive their right to file a lawsuit against one another in any civil court for such disputes, except to enforce a legally binding arbitration decision. Should a dispute arise, the parties agree to first attempt good faith negotiations to resolve their differences. If resolution of the dispute does not result from such good faith negotiation, the parties shall participate in mediation through an independent neutral mediation service. Such mediation may be private, commercial, or through a court-associated mediator. If mediation is not successful, the dispute shall then be submitted for binding arbitration to an independent arbitrator capable of resolving a commercial dispute. Such arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of commercial arbitration. If MSOE prevails, MSOE will be awarded its fees by the undersigned person(s) in addition to any other related costs.
The parties to this agreement have had an opportunity to consult legal counsel before signing this agreement.
*HOLD HARMLESS*
The school will take every reasonable precaution to prevent injuries to students and loss of student’s property while on school property. Parents will release, waive, or otherwise absolve Montessori Seeds of Education from any and all liability resulting from any loss or injury, other than negligent loss or injury, whether it be physical, emotional, or mental, which their child may be caused to suffer during the period that their child is under the custody and control of the school.
*RULES AND REGULATIONS*
All families are subject to the rules and regulations as set forth in the parent handbook. Copies are available for review at any time in the school office and online at www.montessoriseeds.com through the private parent's section if enrolled, you may request an electronic copy via email at [email protected] whether enrolled in the school year or not.
*REFUND POLICY*
MSOE works off the incoming tuition to support the summer program which pays for salaries and the operating budget for the summer program. A refund for the Summer Program is only considered and brought to the Board of Director's attention if the family has to suddenly move or experiences a financial hardship. The head of school will consider other matters and those issues may be brought to his/her attention.
Special Note: Seasonal childhood illnesses including and not limited to the common cold, flu, measles, chicken pox, roseola, hand foot mouth disease, rash, allergies, etc. are not considered grounds for tuition refund. An absent/refund policy is also in the parent Handbook in the parent portal for enrolled families.
Please note that we are not requiring an Application/Registration fee this year for students already enrolled or for students enrolling in the 2025-2026 school year. Families not enrolled at MSOE agree to submit paperwork helping us to get to know your child(ren) before officially being accepted into the Summer Program. For anyone filling out Inaccurate information in these forms, leading to the child needing to leave the program will not be grounds for the family to receive a refund.
This agreement is not transferable and is not subject to alterations by the parent or guardian.
I have reviewed this agreement and agree to abide by the provisions of the agreement and all materials incorporated into it. I also agree, along with my enrolled child, to adhere to the policies stated in the Montessori Seeds of Education Parent Handbook, which was made available online at the time of enrollment.
I have agreed to submit this application and agreement by electronic means. By signing this application electronically, I certify under penalty of perjury and false swearing that my answers are correct and complete to the best of my knowledge.
*NON-DISCRIMINATORY POLICY*
Montessori Seeds of Education, Inc. admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, activities, and programs generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, sex or religion in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs and athletic or other school-administered programs.
